When should i apply?

<p>So I am a current junior in high school, graduating in 2012. and I really wanted to apply for the Questbridge Program. However, I'm kind of confused and maybe someone can help me out... Do I apply this year or next year? And if I do apply this year, when do I start my application?</p>
