When should I begin studying for the World History Subject Test?

Hello everyone!

I’m an incoming Sophomore I will be taking World History AP this August ( in 1 month! ) and it lasts until January. I already preform great study habits ( notes, flashcards, practice tests ), but I don’t know when I should begin studying for this exam. Also, does anyone recommemend books I should use to study? I know that we usually take these test in March or May. Please help!!

The World History Subject Test is only offered in December and June. If your WH class is only one semester long, then I would recommend taking it in December so you can prevent yourself from forgetting too much material. You will most likely have to study some of the 20th century if your class ends in January, but it will be possible.
