<p>I'm a returning sophomore student and I havent received my award letter thus far. I checked my award status for 2012-2013 and got a message stating "There seems to be a problem...NO AWARDS FOUND FOR SPECIFIED YEAR". The website does not say that I'm missing any documents.</p>

<p>Call the financial aid office so they can clarify things for you.</p>
<p>As an incoming freshman your financial aid packet is given out early around notification of acceptance so that you can see if it is viable for you to attend that school. After the frist year it is not until August that the award letters are issued after the Board meets in July to decide on the tuition rate for the upcoming year. Hang in there, but be prepared to make that first payment,especially if you are making installment payments pronto.</p>
