hello, I submitted my commonapp to UVA on November 1st. I got an email that day with login info for the application status portal, however I never received an email with my SIS ID. I have seen numerous places saying I should have received it within 5 days of submitting my app. when I went to the financial aid page and clicked the link to have it resent to me, it said I can’t because it doesn’t exist. however I need to check the status of my css, and I saw it said that I do this in the SIS. should I call the financial aid office or undergraduate admissions office, or just wait?
My office (admission) just uses the portal now. You’ll monitor your application for admission there.
Call financial aid. They are a separate office.
