When should I start contacting coaches?

<p>I'm currently a sophomore, and would like to try get recruited at LAC's or some lower Ivy, such a Brown. When should I start emailing the tennis coaches?</p>

<p>Rules for different sports and levels (DIV 1, DIV 2, DIV 3) all depends. Go to the NCAA Clearing house and check the documents there for the various sports. Most likely not until your Jr year to actually talk recruiting for DIV 1 sports.</p>
