<p>You can start looking anytime. Most of them prefer that you move in approximately three weeks after looking, but it could be sooner or later.</p>
<p>I suggest you look around early to get a good idea of the market and where it’s heading before you commit though.</p>
<p>Eg. I’m personally looking for a new housemate after my current one moves out in December.</p>
