<p>I figure that since I'm learning two of the subjects that the SAT II tests next year, I might as well take two SAT II tests as a sophomore.</p>
<p>And also, would colleges allow this or would I have to wait until I'm a junior?</p>
<p>the best time to take the subject tests is after you complete an AP class in the subject; it doesn’t matter at all which year(s) you take them.</p>
<p>Usually May and June are good times. May because if you somehow mess up, you have another chance, while the material is fresh in your mind. However if you aren’t taking an AP class in the subject (and even if you are) you should still review sample questions as a minimum. Or, if you just completed a course on the subject you just took, I would advice studying over the summer and September, and then taking it first thing in October.</p>
