<p>When you are submitting an essay online, like in the common app, do you include your name, DOB, and SS on the top?</p>

Social Security Number</p>
<p>Just to avoid any confusion…</p>
<p>I don’t think you need to. Have you seen the print preview? Your CA essay is right below your CA application. There’s no cause for confusion.</p>
