When they say "list" the extra activities below, how are we suppose to do it?

What is the best way.
should we do it this way:
key club (2009-2012)
DECA (2010-2011)
FBLA (2009-2012)
Class of 2012 (2009-2012)
SECME (2010-2012)
National Honors Society (2009-2012)
Cross Crountry (2010-2012)
Cheerleading (2009-2012)
Dance team (2009-2011)

Or is it better do do it this way like an outline:
1.key club (2009-2012)
a)President since 2010
b) create activites for community service
c) ect.
d) ect.

2.DECA (2010-2011)
a) Vice president since 2011
b) 2nd place in marketing
c) district finalist for marketing
d) ect
e) ect

3.FBLA (2009-2012)

6.National Honors Society (2009-2012)
a) President since 2011

Cross Crountry (2010-2012)
a) captain since 2011
b) won districts

Cheerleading (2009-2012)
a) co-captain since 2009
b) won first place in NCA finals
c) 20 hours a week of practice

Dance team (2009-2011)
a) captain since 2009
b) won 2nd place NDA finals
c) ect
d) ect

ofcourse i would write more for each thing but its tiring to write the whole thing down.
But how should i do it?
I am currently doing it the outline way because it actaully shows how involved I am. But i'm worried because it says list, not outline.....

lol I actually made a thread similar to this one…

this is the thread I made:

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-central-florida/1210273-extracurricular-personal-activity-organization-question.html

Haha and no one answered us :frowning: do you think the ouline one is better?

My son listed them as follows:
National honor society (11, 12)
Varsity soccer (9,10,11,12)
Not sure if that helps or not but the suggestion came from from the admission dept as they said it was easier to see what they were involved in vs trying to find out how the year corresponded to their year in school
Good luck with applications!

Thank you so much! :)

My only concern now is how I should list my leadership positions in clubs ;)
