<p>I'm likely going to be doing FSSP, and would ideally like to drive down to UCSB. When can I apply for a parking permit on the parking site? Is there a date at which freshmen can apply? I'm just trying to figure out the earliest date so I will have a better chance of getting a permit, since it's pretty important.</p>
