Im almost sure at this point that NeU is my #1 school and after I do a few more visits I'm expecting that to change to 100 percent. I want to do a dual major in communications and business. They just put in an early decision policy but i don't know if that will change anything about my chances.
GPA: 3.4 uw on 4.0 scale
ACT: Superscored 29 (is that viewed the same as regular sitting? NEU does superscore act's luckily) but single sitting 27. Hopefully going to get the super score to 30
SAT: 1750 but I've only taken it once and am getting some last minute tutoring in september for the next test date
Classes: 5 honors and 2 APs
ECs: 2 years jazz band (including a trip to prestigious ellington competition), 2 years in percussion for band, 3 years of drama, 1 year of working on school's Literary Magazine, 4 years of ski club, 1 year debate club, 3 years of art, guitar lessons for 8 years, work for local newspaper and TV station, 4 years at a Digital Media Camp, 10 day Spain trip living with host family, and various community service hours for my church (about 20 or so)
I also go to one of the top 10 public schools in Massachusetts and Northeastern knows my school and is generally pretty accepting.
Good recs (I'm hoping, haven't seen them yet but I have high hopes :)

So what I'm wondering is when to apply. Should I do Early Action to get it out of the way? Or Early Decision and ignore all other schools? Or do regular decision to be safe and get my GPA and test scores up a bit more? I'm really torn here, any input would be much appreciated Also any other recommended schools for my intended major would be much appreciated!
