I have had my 2 evaluations filled out and my secondary school report, but I have not sent in any of my applications yet. Is it necessary to wait to send my actual application before I have them send those forms?

I'm pretty sure the order in which you send everything in doesn't matter. As long as they get everything by the admissions deadline.

So it's ok for them to get recommendation letters before they even know who I am?

Yes. One of my teachers sent out all my recs before I submitted anything and it was fine. They just start your file once they get anything for you.

Thank you, I appreciate your help.

Yes, and no.

There are some colleges which prefer that you send in your actual application FIRST and then everything else (teacher recs, school report, etc.)

In any case, it's not most colleges/universities. The only college to which I'm applying that cares is Stanford.
