The order in which applications parts are sent

Lets say there is a deadline for a school (regular decision) in December.

Does it make any difference whatsoever when and in what order you send your materials for the school?

For example, the school probably already has your SAT scores. Does it matter if you make teachers fill out recommendations in September, send the application online in October, and finally send your transcript/secondary school report in November?

Or does none of this make a difference as long as the school gets everything by the deadline?

So basically someone sending all their stuff in November gets no special notice than someone sending it in September (given that this is regular decision and deadlined).

So to conclude, is it alright if I make my teachers fill out recommendations and send them early even though I haven't applied to most of the schools they're sending recs to? (the school probably has the SAT scores anyway).

I have called around 5 of my 10 colleges about this. All have said that it is fine if recommendations arrive far before the application. The order seems to make no difference. One exception to this is some colleges may want the application in one piece (application, teacher recs, counselor recs). This is rare, and only applies to me for Penn State Schreyer Honors College.
