One of the schools my daughter is applying to only has early decision or regular decision options, no early action. She definitely will not apply ED to this school, since we would need to wait for financial aid info before making a decision. My question is - is there any reason to submit the application early for RD, other than peace of mind knowing you're done with college applications? My thought is to have her wait, in case something happens in the next two months that becomes "essay worthy". She will be starting an internship and maybe that will present some new ideas for essay topics.
