When to take the tests with New SAT score reporting policy ?

I'm a rising sophomore.
I took honor World History at freshman year and plan to take European History at sophomore, and US History at junior, not sure about any history at senior year.
I was considering about take SATII World History this fall or winter (study during summer). But when I knew about the new SAT score reporting policy, I start wondering if it's right time to take the test this year?
The new policy start Feb. 2009, should I just wait until then? But I'm kind of worry I will have to spend more time to prepare the test.
Anyone please give me your comments. Thank you.

ps: the new policy allow you to pick up which scores to which college.

Go ahead and take the test when you're ready.

This is from the collegeboard website:
"Any student who has taken an SAT prior to the policy launch or who registers for the SAT after launch will be able to take advantage of this new policy. The students who have taken tests prior to the launch can use the score-reporting feature retroactively. "

Hope that clears everything up.
