<p>I have an old book, from 1995 that I want to use to study for the test. Has the test changed a lot since then? Should I get another book?</p>
<p>That one'll probably be okay. AB has changed more than BC since then. I think BC is like half? (not sure) AB topics, so you should be okay. As long as it's after 1990.</p>
<p>My calc teacher who has been teaching AP for quite a while said that there was a major shift in the AP Test in the late 90's. I think it was either 96 or 98. There was a change from testing more pre-cal topics and more involved algebra to testing conceptual things. I might be wrong, though.</p>
<p>Ok, so I looked through it, and there are less mc questions than the current test, and, the free response questions were way harder, I couldnt even figure out what some are asking. I looked at the free response for the past few years on CB, and I understood all of them, they were easy.</p>
<p>So, I am getting a new book. What do you think about this one? It has a lot of good reviews, especially for the practice tests, which is all I'm looking for.</p>
