<p>I graduated high school in May and I'm leaving the country in the first week of August to study abroad for a year in Thailand. I'd really like to apply to colleges before I leave. Will applications for the fall 2014 semester be out by then?</p>

<p>Some already are, but most are not. Most schools with rolling admissions have released their application (at least where I live), but so far that’s it.</p>
