When will I hear back from NROTC?

<p>I applied for a NROTC scholarship to the University of Illinois back in October and I still haven't heard back. I have a 4.0 GPA, a 1450 combined math a reading SAT score, plenty of leadership opportunities like Eagle Scout and am in the top ten percent of my class. But still I have not heard back yet. When will I hear back? I really need to move forward on applying for housing and other things at the University. </p>
