<p>I sent in my application to transfer to Madison in January and got all my transcripts and materials in to the admissions office in February. It says on MyUW that a decision will be made by the end of April. Now does that just mean at the latest a decision will be made or the exact date? I really don't want to wait that long to decide if I'm going to transfer back.</p>
