I just got admitted about 2-3 days ago. I was wondering when my financial aid info will show up.
and ANOTHER QUESTION. I have yet to send my proof of citizenship to the mail. Because I still haven’t sent it yet, I cannot apply for scholarships in UCI which is due in March 24. Have I no chance? The post office is closed today and can only mail it on Monday.
If you have applied to financial aid through “My Aid” check the portal for status updates, but I highly doubt they’d be releasing any. Your best luck is to check in the following weeks, I believe once all the decisions are released they will be releasing the financial aid notices.
For the scholarship, you may mail it today and request it to be sent in priority mail and call UCI’s office early in the morning on Monday 24th and tell them that you sent the proof.
@aalsulaiti thanks. I misread something. The March 24 deadline for scholarships is for CURRENT UNDERGRADUATES. I’m good. But I still sent the needed documents anyway so that my citizenship proof is cleared.
i called UCI and they say they will be sending out the financial aid packages starting April 1st
