I selected my school on my fafsa and submitted my fafsa just now, so when will they receive that information, and give that information back.

It can typically take 3-5 business days for your school to load the FAFSA into their database, it will just depend when your school runs their data loads for the week. Some schools upload FAFSA’s once a week, some will do so a few times a week just depending on the size of the school, time of year, etc. I would recommend following up with your school in a few days to confirm they have received the FAFSA and then inquire with the financial aid office further as to when they will create an aid package for you.
