When will Oct ACT scores be available?

Thought I saw around Nov 12th on website? Is that right? Do they tend to available earlier than what is posted on ACT website?

Yes, they will most likely come out November 12th. They don’t officially come out earlier than what they post.

how about if we use the early act score check

when does that start working

like when it says tested

i read on this forum that people have gotten it only days after the test so people plz post their knowledge

I don’t know. The glitch process never worked for my past tests and I’m in GA.

it does work but the status of the test date has to say tested and not registered and like i said guys i heard stories where it said tested for many people only days after the examination…

Like I said, it never worked for me. I tried multiple times. Usually, people were only able to use the glitch a few days prior to the actual release date. It’s not that big of a deal.

Glitch is a bit weird, or at least it was for the September one. Not putting much faith into this round either. A few people were able to get their scores early last time, but it wasn’t nearly as consistent or widespread as it had been in the past.

[Early ACT Score Checker](http://earlyactscore.com/)

That’s your best bet for checking, but whether it’ll work for this cycle remains to be seen. The fact that it’s returning nulls right now (rather than the usual transaction error) somewhat concerns me, but we’ll see. It’s still really early… only been 4 days since the test.

Edit: For the record, the site/glitch (same thing, just automated) worked extremely well in April. A ton of people used it and very few people did NOT get their scores early. The September one was completely opposite; most people did not get their scores early and therefore had to wait for the ACT website to flip the scores online at 12:00am three weeks after the test day.

@Nspire wow you guys are serious experts lol

Yea I agree… The september ACT SCORES WERE RELEASED VERY LATE AND FOR ME IT WAS ACTUALLY A WEEK AFTER THE REAL DATE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO COME OUT… I was really angry… The glitch didnt work for me but then again it never said tested for me. Anyway like nspire said april works the best and september worked horribly but hey we can always hope guys

What’s this glitch people speak of?

@ArchLiving: It’s just a glitch with how the ACT website is structured. It’s been around for years. Essentially they upload scores periodically, but they don’t show the link to view the scores until everyone’s is in (usually 3 weeks after the test date)… so this means your scores could just be sitting on their server for a week or so in advance. That being said, it’s easy to “construct” the link to view scores since their method of generating a link is really simple. That’s what the Early ACT website does - it generates the link for you instead of you having to do it by hand.

I’m somewhat doubtful that the glitch will work in full capacity, but maybe the September test was just a fluke. Certainly seemed like they “caught on” last time, though they didn’t physically patch the glitch itself.

We’ll see what happens.
