<p>All they’re saying is by mid-April. It could be earlier, but nothing guaranteed. It probably depends on how many of the EA admitted students pay an enrollment deposit or withdraw and how many more applications they get for regular. My guess is they’ll probably do some RD emails in February or so and probably not tell the deffered anything until late March or early April.</p>
