<p>there have to be at least a handful of people that get accepted off the waitlist every year no matter what. it would be extremely lucky for them to get the target amount of freshman without using the waitlist.</p>

<p>I am sorry fancyydk, clearly my refusal for acceptance and a letter to complain about their terrible fin aid policy ( i got none when i wanted half { well seriously even college board calculated it to half} ) didnt help much. Dont worry wherever you go youll be like " ha JHU you missed out on me ! Suckers! " ( not to take anything away from the people who are going there )</p>
