<p>Well, it’s never given directly to you. It is dispersed to your academic institution first. If, after tuition and fees are paid, there are funds left over, they will be refunded to you on the school’s timetable, probably sometime after the add/drop period.</p>
<p>Contact your school. Some schools will get the money from Federal in second week of classes. Some later.</p>
