When you fax a request to cancel SAT II...

When you fax the score cancellation request, are you supposed to get a confirmation or something? I'm just paranoid that they didn't receive it or something and that my test will be graded/sent.

Yeah I sent a fax on monday, and they emailed me a confirmation today. Also, they say when the scores are completely cancelled they will mail me a written confirmation.

Thanks for your response.
I’m kind of starting to freak out because I faxed it on Monday night but I still haven’t gotten an email or anything. Maybe I’ll send it again.
I also got an email about the December SAT (which I registered for) and this was included in the email:

“If you’re wondering about scores, most will be available at collegeboard.com on November 23, 2010. If you registered by mail, a paper score will arrive in the mail in about five weeks. By the way, if you didn’t take the test on the scheduled date, or you feel you didn’t do your best, go to the site right away to transfer to a later test date, cancel your scores, or to see whether your test has a makeup date.”

which is referring to the November SAT II. I’m not sure what to do…

Yeah maybe you should send it again just to be safe because the deadline to cancel scores is 11:59 tonight.
