Where are colleges that international students residing in US cannot apply EA to?

<p>What are colleges that international students residing in U.S. can apply to?</p>

<p>For instance, could an international student residing in U.S. (and have spent most of high school in U.S.) apply Early Action to MIT or Caltech?</p>

<p>If your high school is in the US, you can apply to MIT EA.</p>

<p>If not, you cannot apply in the EA round for MIT.</p>

<p>According to its site, MIT requires that you be a US citizen or permanent resident (green card) to apply EA and thus being an international in a US high school is not enough: [Early</a> vs Regular | MIT Admissions](<a href=“http://mitadmissions.org/apply/freshman/cycles]Early”>Early vs Regular | MIT Admissions), Caltech does not appear to have any such restriction and most colleges don’t prohibit EA applications from internationals but you should check each college to which you intend to apply.</p>
