I agree with the above! No one appreciates how freaking difficult it is to get even As/Bs while being president of Art Club, Captain of the knowledge bowl, member of the charity organization, work for at least 3 hours every day, and still come home to AP and honors classes homework!

Yay for normal people! I love my 3.46 GPA! lol damnit, I already got into a school and it's nice enough for me! Don't quite care about getting into an IVY league. Not worth the stress of some CCers here =/

I know, that's what I said. Or intended to say, anyway.

"Ithaca College is a good example of that, as for programs excepting Physical Therapy and the arts, it's actually easier to get into than most of the SUNY schools."

Yeah, that's what I said. I should've phrased it better, but I said that except for Therapy and the arts, it was easier to get into.

I'm pretty well versed on this school because I intend to go there. ^_^

I'm glad to see other "normal"s. I'm on the high end I guess. I'm a solid A student, but there's a lot of A-'s and no A+'s in that. I got a 181 on my PSAT (Junior) and I have NO plans of going to an Ivy. I'm perfectly okay with going to my State Flagship (go hoosiers!)

I stress about my grades, but only to the extent, if I know I can do better. Not to be perfect. Like if I missed 2 problems on a pre-calc class that I figured out to do 10 minutes after I turned it in because I was freaking out because of a Spanish test that was INCREDIBLY hard. Then yea, I'm upset. Not because I missed 2 problems, but because I shouldn't have missed them..

I'm normal! (3.4 GPA, 1210/1800 SAT) I care about my grades but not to the point where I'm going to start crying over a B or C like some people. lol

I'd cry over a grade that was way below my potential...that always sucks because I know I'm not trying :( Whether that's an A, B, C, D, F, whatever. For some of the students here they'd have to have not studied at all or slept during class to get a C, so it would be natural for them to be frustrated; they're not necessarily any more obsessive than you are.
I think you can't define normal-- unless normal is average? Then OP, you're a bit above normal yourself ^.^
