Where do I find my NJ Smart ID?

<p>I'm doing the Rutgers app and I just need to know if the New Jersey Smart ID is the same thing as the HSPA ID No. printed on my transcript</p>

<p>They're both 10 digit numbers I believe so I just want to make sure.</p>

<p>If not, where am I supposed to find it other than my guidance counselor?</p>
