<p>But you probably don't need something fancy for your teacher. What he/she probably wants from you is a list of your extracurriculars, awards/honors, special talents, and hobbies. If you break down the list into those four categories, that should be fine for the teacher...and will also give you a head start when it comes time to fill in your applications.</p>
