Where do I stand in general for college? Where to improve?

Looking to get into a good college, possibly pursuing the military or medical field.

Okay, I have a 4.0 GPA, all honors classes and one AP class this year. I took all honors alst year. I'm a sophomore.

For athletics, I do MMA and will begin fighting competitively at 17-18 based on when I can get a fight. I've been doing it for a few years now. I work out everyday and am in really good shape, which I mention because I'm considering service academies.

For activities, one of my classes is AFJROTC, which I try to take seriously. I participate in color guard, drill team, and our PT group. Next year, as a junior, I'll be able to apply for real jobs such as logistics or activity leaders.

I want to join Leo club this year and NHS and the AFJROTC branch of NHS next year.

On the topic or service academies, I have a nomination almost secured since my uncle's brother is a two star general who is friends and works with our congressman. I've met them at events such as my uncle's wedding - they were invited because they were friends of the general.

How can I improve myself? I plan to take AP Bio and maybe two other AP classes before the end of high school - what should I consider?

No one can tell where you stand from just freshman grades and no SAT scores. Keep doing what you are doing.

If you want to go to Army, Navy or Air Force, it’s a reach no matter what.

But it’s a little premature to recommend you matches or safeties, let alone give target scores for them.
