I need to take 2 classes to graduate, but they need to be online, because my school, ucsb, doesn’t offer them next quarter. So I have two questions:
How do I go about searching for a CERTAIN course, given that I don’t care which online college I attend.
<ol>
<li>More specifically, where can I take Upper division Macroeconomics online (NOTE: The course simply has to fit the general description of “upper division microeconomics” in order for my University to accept it!!)</li>
</ol>
Also, where can I take an online course which fits the description of “Financial management”
Since education is so expensive today, it makes perfect sense to conduct some preliminary research on the school you would like to attend.
If you decide on a program, check to see if the school’s accreditation is valid (as in regional or national accreditation). The Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), has a ‘data base’ of schools and programs accredited by recognized U.S. accrediting organizations: See [User</a> Agreement](<a href=“http://www.chea.org/search/]User”>Search | Council for Higher Education Accreditation)
If a school or accreditor is not listed in that data base, then there is a good chance it is unaccredited and that a degree or certificate awarded by such a school will have no validity or formal recognition.
