<p>Josh, after mistaking pretty much everyone on this board as a guy, I feel you pain. :D. You just have to assume everyone is a girl on here. Us guys are in the minority. </p>

<p>@ josh, huge photography junkie! and i’m a dance junkie. major. i dunno, i was never good with business and numbers or anything like that! yup, the economy’s awful and so is the job market, so i do feel pressure to major in something that i can use to get jobs. but i don’t know what i want to do yet aside from photography and dancing!</p>

<p>Out of curosity, why Reed? Great reputation(s) for two very different types of students.</p>
<p>reed’s on the west coast (wooot go west coast), and i adore the west coast as well as oregon’s climate. i’m also looking for an LAC, and somewhere preferably small (reed is tiny. which is great!) they also feed to fabulous graduate/medical schools, and the campus is gorgeous (in my opinion, anyway. so lush and green!)…
it has extremely strong academics without the uh, snobbery of some other schools. the grads that i’ve met from reed are all down-to-earth and amazing people so… 
honestly, i think i would be happy in tons of places (cough wellesley, amherst, williams, cough) but reed’s just a great school. not be mention fabulously underrated… hahaha. i’m not that picky, really.</p>
<p>(i’m also aware of reed’s supposed drug culture and recent heroin overdoses. those are tragic, and in no way do i endorse drug use. still, that doesn’t really deter me from wanting to apply there, it kind of happens everywhere. bottom line, i’m not involved in drugs, i don’t plan to be, or want to be. it’s still a great school, a few [hopefully] isolated incidents don’t bother me too much. drugs are everywhere…)</p>
<p>simply put, i’m partial to the northwest. :P</p>
<p>Currently, I want to go to Cornell, but that will probably change with in a week (I’m incredibly indecisive)</p>
