<p>I applied to three local schools, and got into all of them with fa and scholarships. I refuse to go to any of them, even though my mom really, really, really wants me to go to one of them. </p>
<p>I also applied to Phillips Andover Academy. Hoping for the best on March 10th!</p>
<p>Other than that, I will just go to my local public high school. That year I will apply for 10th grade for the 2008-2009 school year for the following schools: Phillips Andover Academy, Phillips Exeter Academy, Deerfield Academy, St. Paul's School, Lawrenceville School, Taft School, and possibly Groton School. (not sure yet about Groton) (not sure about Hotchkiss either)</p>

<p>It did take me forever to write all of them, Jonathan. And for most of them I wasn't able to use the same essay with slight changes for each essay; I pretty much worked from scratch on each.</p>

<p>Just Taft for me, I also have been accepted by a dual-enrollment program at a top engineering school. Don't think I will get accepted at Taft.</p>

<p>That's because this is the "dull period" - the last stretch of waiting - and people have nothing to say so they reiterate things they remember from a while back.</p>
