where i should apply early

i am having trouble deciding where i should apply early. i am currently deciding among penn, duke, and stanford. the thing with stanford is that it is early action (non binding), therefore chances of getting in early are onl around 16% from the figures i have seen. however, i am from california, which supposedly gives me a better chance. then again, many students from my highly competitive school are also applying to stanford early, but not penn or duke. the following are my stats, so if anyone has any advice and opinions on whether or not i can get in early please let me know or any opinions on why i should choose one school over the others it would be greatly appreciated.

gpa: weighted 4.5/4.8 (i think)
class rank: top 5%
curriculum: most rigorous available
so far taken four ap tests
euro: 3
spanish: 4
bio: 4
us: 4
presidents honor roll (high gpa): 6/6 semesters
three years' elected positions in asb
major character in theatre production
vice president habitat for humanity (1 year)
SAT
verbal: 750
math: 780
writing: 700 (getting regraded msot likely will be higher)

SAT II
us: 750
math: will take est. 750 or above

please help me decide which university to choose for early asap because deadlines are coming up quickly.

thanks

You're strong for all the schools, I would go with wherever has better classes that you like, better finaid, better fit for your personality, etc.

hello neil.

I think duke is better for you because you don't have that many ECs
