Where i should apply early

i am having trouble deciding where i should apply early. i am currently deciding among penn, duke, and stanford. the thing with stanford is that it is early action (non binding), therefore chances of getting in early are onl around 16% from the figures i have seen. however, i am from california, which supposedly gives me a better chance. then again, many students from my highly competitive school are also applying to stanford early, but not penn or duke. the following are my stats, so if anyone has any advice and opinions on whether or not i can get in early please let me know or any opinions on why i should choose one school over the others it would be greatly appreciated.

gpa: weighted 4.5/4.8 (i think)
class rank: top 5%
curriculum: most rigorous available
so far taken four ap tests
euro: 3
spanish: 4
bio: 4
us: 4
presidents honor roll (high gpa): 6/6 semesters
three years’ elected positions in asb
major character in theatre production
vice president habitat for humanity (1 year)
SAT
verbal: 750
math: 780
writing: 700 (getting regraded msot likely will be higher)

SAT II
us: 750
math: will take est. 750 or above

please help me decide which university to choose for early asap because deadlines are coming up quickly.

thanks

CA definitely gives you a worse chance, as the competition almong Californians to get into Stanford is ultra-intense.

So I suppose EA at Stanford would help, but not much.

I imagine Penn people will tell you apply to Penn, Dukies will say Duke, and Stanford people will say Stanford.

The only reasons I didn't like Stanford is because of things that have to do with me being a total east coaster...I like winters, I hated Stanford's architecture (looked like acres of Taco Bell, give me collegiate gothic or neoclassical). Also I think the whole notion that Stanford people are more "laid back" and "fun-loving" on anything beyond the most superficial level is a horrible lie.

Also I prefer being in a city, not Palo Alto.

Stanford has more prestige, but I don't think there is any real difference in the quality of my East Asian studies education here and the one I'd get at Stanford.

if u aren't 110% sure on where u want to go, do'nt go ED.
