<p>Also, IIRC, Chicago NMSFs get $1k if they dont receive financial aid, and $2k if they do receive financial aid.</p>

<p>Also, it’s probably best to do a per capita measurement. Chicago and Harvard would still likely take #1 and #2, though. USC wouldn’t stack up to the likes of the Ivy Leagues.</p>
