Which top colleges should I apply to if I want to be a biology major? How about more specifically a neuroscience/psychology major?

Any good school is going to have strong programs in the various biology majors, as well as in psychology. They're really popular majors, so schools put a lot of funding into them.

There are literally a hundred schools that boast good biology/psych programs, lots of which offer neuroscience concentrations.

What do you want in a school?
Big/medium/small?
Urban/suburban/rural?
What region of the country?
Atmosphere?

Or...if you're only looking at top schools, Cornell, I believe, has more of a science focus. Stanford and Johns Hopkins too.

As I assume the OP is a female, let it be known that Mt. Holyoke is respected in the sciences... Oberlin has neuroscience, maybe?

Base your decision on FIT.

I think some people are really going to have things to say to me, because I've posted this like 7 times. Oh well, it's my advice!
