Where should I apply?

I'm currently a Sophemore at a large, well respected public University where I am pursuing a degree in Mathematics. It's not that I don't 'like' this school, but it's that I don't love it. I honestly never pictured myself here, and I still have trouble considering myself as a true member of this community. It's just simply not where I expected to end up.

But that's not the problem - I'm now faced with the opportunity to transfer. I tried last year but was rejected by the only school I wanted to go to (Michigan). I'm now hell-bent on getting into Michigan because it's always been a dream of mine, but, as I'm finishing my letter saying that I wish to resubmit my previous application, I'm forced to be harsh with myself and consider the worst. I honestly didn't see either of the last two rejections coming, and what is to say this time around it'll be any different, so I want to apply to a few more "dream" schools. Schools that if I got in, I'd be stupid not to at least visit and check out...but, even with that, another problem arises...I was so narrow in my college search as a Senior in high school that I forgot to take the time and come up with a reasonable list of "dream" schools...especially now that I've truly excelled both academically and socially.

Okay, no more 'wall-of-text' - here are my stats:

3.87 unweighted HS GPA
4.15 weighted HS GPA (8 AP classes, 6 other honors classes) Senior year was 4 AP's in which I got one B+ and rest A's.
Not much extracurriculars besides working after school 20 hours a week, playing golf and baseball, and working out.

3.93 College GPA -30 credits taken, entered with 14 AP credits
Pursuing Mathematics degree - a semester ahead in my math courses
4.0 last semester with 16 credits, currently taking 15 credits, 2 3000 level courses, 2 2000's, and 1 1000 (planning on another 4.0 if things go right)
I'm involved in many different things around campus, especially my fraternity which does a lot in terms of giving back to the community. Also involved in the group that puts on concerts at our school.

Had a killer internship this summer where I did pension administration for a fortune fifty company, and I have 5 letters of recommendation ranging from my supervisor all the way to the head of the entire Defined Benefits department.

That being said, what are some reasonable schools that I should shoot for? Do you think I'd have a shot at any Ivy leagues? I never considered myself quite ivy-league material in high school, but I think I've really made a name for myself so far since coming to college.

My list of possibilities looks like this, and any suggestions you might have are very appreciated:

1) University of Michigan (dream school since I was 12)
2) USC (always wanted to at least apply to a SoCal school and make the decision when the day comes)
3) UCLA (see above)
4) Duke (Would I have a shot?)
5) Brown, Penn, Cornell, etc (Worth trying?)

I don't care how many schools I have to apply to. I just want to be sure that I explored every option and that I won't have any regrets later in life. I'm tired of thinking that everyone else controls my life, and it's about time to grab the reigns. Thanks for your time!
