Where should i go (help much appreciated)

Ok, so i didn't do so hot with my GPA or my test scores, 3.2 non-wieghted GPA, and 1700 on SAT's, but i'm not that bad riight?

I want to go to school on the coast, preferably California, any specific colleges you think look like a good choice for me?

If you really want to help me out...

-Does blaming you bad grades on a specific teacher who haunted you throughout highschool work? Because it truly was the case for me.

-Does doing superbly better your senior year help much?

It helps...but it would have been better to show improvement your junior year.

What state are you from? Any thoughts on potential majors?

actually, blaming your grades on a teacher MAY help depending on the situation. for me, spanish was always my low point on my transcript. thats because for spanish 2 (frosh year of HS) i had a TERIBBLE teacher who was deemed inadequit by the school board summer after my freshman year. i litterally learned NOTHING in spanish 2, passed with a C, and got moved on to spanish 3. as you can imagine that wasnt any easier and i wound up getting C's for the eyar in both spanish 3 and honors spanish 4.

i wrote a letter telling my colleges with. without making it sound too much like ohhh pity me, it can be a good option. my GC also included it which made it sound a lot more legit than just a kid whining. try to get support from your GC. something mustve gone right, becuase i was accepted at 5/6 schools that do not usually accept 3 C's on transcripts
