Where should I go to school???

I posted a thread yesterday along the same lines, but I wanted more people's input and I wanted to share more of my situation. I got accepted at the following schools:

UVM
University of Denver
University of Michigan
Skidmore
Franklin and Marshall
NYU
USC
University of Aberdeen (Scotland)
University of St. Andrews (Scotland)
Tufts
Wesleyan

I'm planning on studying international relations and/or Latin American studies. I do not want my school to be in the middle of nowhere (I live in the middle of nowhere in upstate NY) and cost is not a factor here. Academics are really important to me, but I am a really outgoing person and I would like for there to be a party scene as well. I don't really care how far away the school is. I want to be involved as possible at college as well (music, clubs, etc)

I'm really overwhelmed with my choices and I'm not sure what to do. I'm currently leaning towards Tufts but I would love some advice. Thank you!!

Tufts is in a very select group for International Relations. If you can afford it, congratulations!
