My name is Jenna and this upcoming fall I'm going to be a freshman at some university's undergraduate program...which one, I'm not sure yet. Although these aren't necessarily the best schools I got into, I've narrowed my search down to the three schools at which I feel I will be happiest for the next for years--Michigan State University, Loyola University Chicago, and University of Illinois Urbana Champaign(all 3 of which I think are great schools). I majoring in International Relations/International Studies, and possibly double majoring in something business related later on. I want to have fun in college, but I know that I have a purpose in going to school, which is to get an education.
There's a TON of factors to consider for all of them, but in a nutshell...

MSU-I'm from Michigan, so I'd be paying in state costs. Also, I have the opportunity to be apart of the James Madison program. I'd have my friends from high school and even some family, but I would definitely not get the fresh start (cliche...I know)that I would like, and it might get boring as I've been there like a million times already.

Loyola- It's in Chicago, which is a city I love. I also have a scholarship from here which makes the costs more bearable. They have an awesome study abroad program and I've been accepted to the Honors program. I like the idea of being a part of a small community of people within the school while being able to be a part of a huge city like Chicago. It's the best of both worlds, but I'm wondering if it's actually a good school.

UIUC-I know this is a great school, and it's huge. The campus is AMAZING! It's beautiful, even on a rainy day. I really felt like the people here were nice, and it's in a micro-urban community, but just 2.5 hours away from Chicago and St. Louis. But with this school, I feel like I may become just a number and that out of state costs might be a little tough to handle(although I can make it happen...)

I know it's a lot, but I really appreciate any input I get back. I love all three campuses and I know I could be happy at anyone, but I need to know that I'm making the best choice for myself. Thanks again guys!
