Where the Asians at?

Yeah Josh, I really do not think c9 and c10 are the asian colleges like some people suggest. The only reason why 9+10 might seem more asian populated is because the international housing is there too so you probably will see more Asians in that general area. Looking at the college statistics, Asians are fairly well represented in 8 9 10 oakes crown and merrill. Stevenson and Cowell have the least amount of Asians.

Here, lets break the stereotype... I am white and put 9/10/8 as my first choices.

i'm Asian, i put Cowell/Oakes and Crown as my top choices.

Just wondering, why did you put 8 as your top 3 choice?

Well to me, 8 had the best atmosphere. I know a lot of people say Cowell has the best atmosphere or Porter has the best atmosphere, but I really liked the relaxed vibe I was getting at 8. If it was not for that 9 + 10 seem to be geared more towards my major (social sciences) + the better food, I would have put 8 as number 1. The dorms were built in 1992 as well, so they are fairly new.

You may or may not be like me. I also heard a lot of people from Socal stay at 8 for some reason. I guess I am one of those people. A stereotype is that 8 is full of surfers, but frankly I have never surfed in my life. It is supposed to be one of the more environmental-friendly places on campus, which is a good thing in my book.
