Considering:
Stony Brook
PSU
Drew

I'm not really interested in Temple, or leaving the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Area. Where else should I consider/apply?

drew isnt a great school but doesnt that program ultimately matriculate into UMDNJ

Yes. All of these institutions matriculate you into UMDNJ

Drew University
Montclair University
New Jersey Institute of Technology
Rutgers University
Stevens Institute of Technology
The College of New Jersey

TCNJ accepted 43 kids last Fall into this Program. They matriculate about half that much due to multiple acceptances. But you have better chances at TCNJ as they seem to have more seats than all other institutions in NJ for this Program.

Also, the program director, Dr Shevlin, is a gem of a Guidance Counselor!
