<p>It...is...South Indian. Udupi is a city in the state of Karnataka, in India, which is pretty far South. I don't know why it's characterized as Indo-Pak, cause it really shouldn't be.</p>
<p>Udupi cuisine is pretty much a conglomeration of all of South India's cuisines.</p>
