Where to get a cake?

<p>D has a birthday coming up and I will be in town. I'd like to get a cake that she can share/enjoy with her friends. Not being from the area, I have no idea who makes the best cakes.</p>

<p>Wegman's? CCB or Ithaca Bakery? Grocery store? Some local bakeries? I appreciate your suggestions.</p>

<p>Wegman’s in Ithaca has some great deserts. </p>

<p>I had some friends go sample some cakes/frostings from Itahca Bakery for me, but the reception wasn’t particularly positive.</p>
