<p>I was recently accepted to University of Richmond, William and Mary, and UVa, and am not exactly sure where to go.
I am interested in the social sciences, and possibly interested in business, foreign language, and international studies.
The price of all 3 schools is roughly the same, UR being about 4k cheaper per year than the others.
I am social but dont drink. I am not very interested in Greek life.
I would appreciate ANY advice on this matter, thanks =D.</p>
<p>I attend W&M this year and am transferring to UVA next year, so I will comment on both schools. URich I am not very familiar with.</p>
<p>W&M is an excellent school for most of subjects you have indicated you are interested in, though UVA probably has the edge in business. </p>
<p>Socially, you probably know that UVA has a not undeserved reputation as a big drinking school, as well as a big greek school whereas W&M is supposed to be more laid back. Well, in my experience here at W&M although our frat scene is not fostered, it is still one of the few social outlets on the weekends. As far as I can tell at UVA, although there is drinking and frats are huge, there's also a lot more to do besides frat parties. Places to eat off-campus are far more plentiful than in Williamsburg, movie theaters nearby, near the mountains, etc. At W&M you really have to make your fun.</p>
<p>I am not going to advise you; that's just my opinion on both schools. I know many people at W&M who love it here. It's probably all about mindset. If you decide to be happy at either school I'm sure you will be.</p>

<p>If you'd like to go to a school with a more diverse crowd...UVa all the way. There's more things to do around campus as well...Music shops, bars, lounges, etc. It IS a big drinking school, but it's better if you want to meet a variety of people. Now if you want to relax in a smaller setting, fewer people and more close knit relationships, then William and Mary is for you. Both W&M and UVa overlap URich for academic prestige, and you'll have an easier time getting in to graduate school if you keep a GPA of roughly the same at any one of the schools. Furthermore, URich is a private school, so if you're an instate applicant, you get more than what you bargained for with UVa or WM.</p>
<p>I'd go for UVa ofcourse...but I'm UVa bias</p>
