I understand that a "brag sheet" is like an extra list of extracurricular activities that goes more in-depth and explains them in more detail. Where should I attach a brag sheet if I were to send one to colleges? Would I put it on the commonapp, or would I send it to colleges as an additional supplement after I turned in my commonapp? Also, how should such a list be formatted? In a chart? or In paragraph form?

Assuming your “brag sheet” is similar to a college resume, you can just throw it under the Additional Information section, since it’s understood in that context to be a supplement. You can do it in bullet format (probably most convenient) or in a chart format if it works, but I wouldn’t just list everything in a huge jumbled paragraph. Maybe ask your parents how it looks when it’s finished? The whole point is to showcase your information with special consideration of your reader’s convenience; you want conciseness within the bounds of necessity, so keep that in mind when formatting it.

Organize it in sections. (Academic Awards and HOnors/ Extra Curricular, etc) Important to least important. You can attach to the common app at the end where it asks if you want to attach something.
