Resume/Brag Sheet

There isn't too many topics on this...so...

should I send in a resume? or a brag sheet? From what I gather a brag sheet is more in depth while a resume just lists activities and stuff. I want to expound a bit more on some things I did, but I'm not sure where to fit in. I'm using the Common App btw. Do admissions people have a preference. Or would they think it's just a waste of their time?

What ever you decide to do, keep it under 1 page in length max, and remember that admissions officers are reading THOUSANDS of applications, so make it easy to read and understand at a glance.

And if you send in the "brag sheet", please don't title it "so and so's BRAG SHEET".

I wasn't aware there's supposed to be a title

so admissions people don't mind taking the extra supplement then either way?

You have to check with each college's admissions office or website. Some may add your resume sheet to you file, if there was no other way for you get that information into your applicaton, like mentioning it in your essays, and some might file it in the "circular" file.

do they prefer resumes in a 'list' format, or the kind that describe each activity in detail?

How should the resume/brag sheet be formated?
List, or an actual resume format?

Should activities I included on my app be repeated for more details (eg. positions, explanations, etc) or would that be redundant?
