Where Would Be Good Places To Apply For A Masters Of Accounting Degree?

Assuming that I get a 700+ GMAT score and graduate with around a 3.3 GPA..

I am graduating from Duke.
I am a resident of New York.
I'm not an Accounting major- the most I have are Accounting I & Accounting II.
I plan on becoming a CPA after receiving the Masters.
If I can get a scholarship and/or financial aid, I won't mind finishing up pre-reqs over the summer.

What would be a good list of schools to apply to?

Thanks in advance!

Can anyone help me out here?

UT Austin's McCombs has the best MPA in the nation according to most rankings... I'm actually personally interested in it as well.

You'll have to study for your GMAT now! :D

Thanks toblerone!
So this means UT-Austin should be my first choice, :)
I just hope the GMAT is as easy as the SAT, :D
(I heard it isn't..)

University of Illinois - Champaign has a really good master's program in Accounting.

I would take a gmat prep course if I were you. I am going to do when I pursue my mba or master's...not sure which one yet.

Texas, Illinois, Wisconsin, USC, Penn, UNC.

Doesn't matter where you get your Macc, as long as the Big 4 recruit there (assuming that is what you want to do). Go to the cheapest school you can find and where the Big 4 recruit. Good luck.
